β Your subscription includes access to your selected ConvertPro product.
β Setup is FREE (Waived setup fee equivalent to 1 monthβs subscription).
β Setup typically takes 5 to 14 business days depending on product complexity.
2οΈβ£ Payment & Billing
β ConvertPro products are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
β Your first payment will be charged upon sign-up, and subsequent payments will be auto-billed monthly.
β Payment failures may result in account suspension until settled.
3οΈβ£ Cancellation Policy
β ConvertPro operates on a month-to-month basis β no long-term contracts.
β You can cancel anytime with one month's notice before your next billing cycle.
β Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

β While ConvertPro automates key processes, results are not guaranteed.
β Success depends on factors such as business engagement, client responsiveness, and industry trends.

β WhatsApp integration is required for ConvertPro products that rely on messaging (e.g., Appointments, Database Reactivation).
β You are responsible for providing necessary business details for setup (e.g., logo, database, WhatsApp number).
β Failure to submit required information may delay your setup.

β We provide onboarding and customer support to ensure smooth implementation.
β Support inquiries will be handled within standard business hours.
β ConvertPro products require internet access to operate effectively.
8οΈβ£ System Updates & Changes
β We continuously enhance ConvertPro products to improve performance and features.
β Feature updates or minor changes may be applied automatically to optimize functionality.
β We reserve the right to adjust pricing, features, or service terms with prior notice.
9οΈβ£ Refund Policy
β ConvertPro subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the case of system errors preventing usage, or unless otherwise specified.
β If you experience technical issues, we will work to resolve them before considering any refund requests.
β Practice Grow AI PLUS Trial: If you do not cancel, the R1,999 once-off setup fee is non-refundable.
