1️⃣ Subscription & Setup
✔ Your subscription includes access to your selected ConvertPro product.
✔ Setup is FREE (Waived setup fee equivalent to 1 month’s subscription).
✔ Setup typically takes 5 to 14 business days depending on product complexity.
2️⃣ Payment & Billing
✔ ConvertPro products are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
✔ Your first payment will be charged upon sign-up, and subsequent payments will be auto-billed monthly.
✔ Payment failures may result in account suspension until settled.
3️⃣ Cancellation Policy
✔ ConvertPro operates on a month-to-month basis – no long-term contracts.
✔ You can cancel anytime with one month's notice before your next billing cycle.
✔ Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
4️⃣ Performance Disclaimer
✔ While ConvertPro automates key processes, results are not guaranteed.
✔ Success depends on factors such as business engagement, client responsiveness, and industry trends.
✔ We provide the tools, but like anything else, results will vary based on usage and external factors.

✔ Your client data remains confidential and secure within ConvertPro CRM.
✔ We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties.
✔ You are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws within your business.

✔ WhatsApp integration is required for ConvertPro products that rely on messaging (e.g., Appointments, Database Reactivation).
✔ You are responsible for providing necessary business details for setup (e.g., logo, database, WhatsApp number).
✔ Failure to submit required information may delay your setup.

✔ We provide onboarding and customer support to ensure smooth implementation.
✔ Support inquiries will be handled within standard business hours.
✔ ConvertPro products require internet access to operate effectively.
8️⃣ System Updates & Changes
✔ We continuously enhance ConvertPro products to improve performance and features.
✔ Feature updates or minor changes may be applied automatically to optimize functionality.
✔ We reserve the right to adjust pricing, features, or service terms with prior notice.
9️⃣ Refund Policy
✔ ConvertPro subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the case of system errors preventing usage, or unless otherwise specified.
✔ If you experience technical issues, we will work to resolve them before considering any refund requests.
✔ Practice Grow AI PLUS Trial: If you do not cancel, the R1,999 once-off setup fee is non-refundable.
